SECTION 01

General Rules

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use Ensitics. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited.

Provide accurate information during registration.

Keep your account information up to date.

1.3 Acceptable Use

Use Ensitics for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our data.

Do not use automated systems to access our platform.
→
Respect intellectual property rights.

SECTION 02

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts.

Attempting to manipulate or exploit our systems.
→
Using our data for commercial purposes without permission.

Circumventing subscription requirements or payment systems.
→
Engaging in any form of fraud or deceptive practices.

Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
→
Interfering with the normal operation of our platform.

SECTION 03

Subscription Terms

3.1 Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Payments made on our website are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions bought inside the mobile app are sold and processed by the app store — Apple on iOS, Google Play on Android — under that store's terms.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Refunds for purchases made in the app are requested from the store that sold them, not from us.
→
You may cancel your subscription at any time: on the website from Profile, in the app from your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
→
Deleting your Ensitics account does not cancel a subscription bought through a store. You must cancel it in Apple or Google Play as well, or it will keep renewing.

3.2 Access

Subscription provides access to Pro analytics and predictions.
→
Access is granted for the duration of your active subscription.
→
We reserve the right to modify subscription features.

Data and Analytics

4.1 Information Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate data but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

Predictions are for informational purposes only.

You are responsible for verifying information before making decisions.

4.2 Disclaimer

We use data from various sources including Abios API and betting providers. This content remains the property of its respective owners.

SECTION 07

Enforcement

Violation of these rules may result in:

7.2 Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may contact us to appeal the decision.

SECTION 08

Platform Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance may occasionally require temporary downtime.
→
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.

No compensation is provided for service interruptions.

SECTION 09

Referral Programme

If you invite people to Ensitics, these terms apply to what you earn.

9.1 What we pay

We pay 25% of each payment made by a person who signed up through your invite, for as long as that person keeps paying. The rate applies to every payment we actually receive and keep.
→
We may change the rate for future payments with at least 30 days' notice sent to your account email. Commissions already earned are not repriced.
→
We may close the programme with at least 30 days' notice. Balances approved before the closing date remain payable under these terms; if your balance is below the payout threshold on that date, we pay it out anyway.

9.2 Refunds and clawbacks

A commission is approved 7 days after the payment it comes from, and becomes available to withdraw 60 days after that payment. The two windows exist so that a refund or chargeback lands before the money can leave.

If a payment your commission was calculated on is refunded or charged back, that commission is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, the amount is netted off your future balance, so your balance can show an amount owed back.

9.3 Payouts

→
Payouts start at EUR 50 of available balance.
→
A payout request sends your entire available balance, minus anything owed back, in one transfer. You do not choose the amount.
→
One open request at a time. We review requests within 1-3 business days.
→
Methods: PayPal, bank transfer (IBAN) or USDT (TRC-20).
